Max Anyuru
Team Leader
Max A Anyuru has been Team Leader at CDRN since October 2018. He is a Monitoring and Evaluation professional with over 20 years of experience in programme development, management, monitoring and evaluation. He has consulted for a number of organisations including the UN and bilateral and multilateral agencies, governments, and local, sub national, national and international civil society organisations.
He has served CDRN in different capacities. Max holds Master of Management Studies (Monitoring and Evaluation) and Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute; Master of Arts in Social Sector Planning and Management of Makerere University; Postgraduate Diploma in Development and Management of Small Scale Businesses and Industries from the Galillee College – Israel. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Social Administration of Makerere University; and Certificates in Project Planning and Management from Makerere University Extramural Studies, and Planning and Management of Development projects from Bradford University.

Magdalene Nakakande
Finance and Administration Officer
She joined CDRN in 2017. She has a total of 13 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She had previously worked for Vision for Africa International, a Christian NGO helping children have full life, and Caritas Kampala where she served for 7 years.
She holds Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Makerere University and ACCA Stage II.

Eva Sonko
Project Coordinator
Eva joined CDRN in 2017 as a volunteer. She currently handles CDRN’s Networks for Peace Project in partnership with Minority Rights Groups International currently being implemented in the Rwenzori with a focus on the Butuku ethnic minority in Ntoroko District.
Eva holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Social Administration.

Cliff Martins Mwesige
Programme Officer
Cliff joined in February 2020. He oversees one of the CDRN most ambitious projects, the Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Project (MAMP+) that is being implemented in Kyangwali Refugee Settlement in Kikuube District, Western Uganda. He has worked with various organizations and companies like Reach a Hand Uganda, Fortune Energy Uganda, and Adroit Consult International.
Cliff holds a degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University.

Japiel Ndayahoze
Project Officer
Japiel is in charge of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Project (CAMP+), one of the most ambitious projects CDRN is implementing in partnership with Care International Uganda in Kyangwali refugee settlement. He has a total of 9 years of experience. He had previously worked with SNV, Lutheran World Federation, Finish Refugee Council, Kabarole Research Centre, and USAID Uganda Production for Improved Nutrition project by RECO Industries.
He holds a Diploma in Agriculture

Kevine Gloria Akello
Finance Assistant
Kevin joined CDRN in January 2020 as a Finance Assistant.
Kevine holds a First Class Diploma in Finance and Accounting and is currently concluding her Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree in Kyambogo University.

Bonny Odongo
Project Officer
Bonny joined CDRN in 2017. He is currently working as CDRN Project Officer in charge of Self Help Group Approach, one of CDRN projects being implementing in Dokolo District.
Bonny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences

Julius Mwanje
Security Assistant
He joined CDRN in 2013 and has since served CDRN with diligence
